Building Hope Together: A Community Picnic & Celebration
Celebrate a New Chapter at the Hope Campus Pavilion!
We are thrilled to invite you to Picnic with a Purpose, featuring the official Ribbon Cutting of our newly completed Pavilion. This isn’t just a lunch—it’s a celebration of the community that makes our mission possible.
Our Goal: $10,000 for Street Outreach All proceeds from this event go toward hiring a dedicated Street Outreach Case Manager. This vital role will meet our homeless neighbors "where they are"—literally—providing mobile support, resources, and a path toward housing directly on the streets of Fort Smith.
Your $20 Ticket Includes:
- Picnic Lunch: A delicious outdoor meal at the Pavilion.
- Official Ribbon Cutting: Help us dedicate this new community space.
- Guided Campus Tour: See the "heart" of our operations.
- Raffle Entry: Your chance to win exciting prizes!
Event Schedule
- 11:00 AM: Welcome & Social Hour
- 11:30 AM: Special Presentation: Executive Director Kasey Wilson shares the vision for our new Outreach Program and presents a special recognition to City Director Lee Kemp.
- 12:00 PM: Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
- 12:30 PM: Picnic Lunch Served at the Pavilion & Raffle Drawing
- 1:00 PM: Guided Campus Tours Begin (Groups depart every 30 minutes)
